With a foundation spanning M&A law, corporate strategy, private equity, and large-scale transformation, we help clients clarify direction, evaluate inorganic opportunities, and move from ambiguity to action — without the overhead of a large advisory firm.
Garth is a strategy and corporate development executive with more than 20 years leading enterprise-wide initiatives, strategic transactions, and transformation programs across Fortune 100 and mid-market organizations. His career spans senior roles at AIG, TIAA, Prudential, and AllianceBernstein, as well as corporate advisory and private equity positions at Kadmon Pharmaceuticals and Emigrant Capital.
He began his career as an M&A attorney at Jones Day and Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, closing transactions across private equity, capital markets, and corporate deals. He holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, a JD, cum laude, from New York Law School, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
